This past week a dear friend of a lifetime died. We were friends from Jr. High. She was more than a friend, a sister by choice. She even called my Mother Mom B. We spent the summers walking the beaches, ponds and woods of Cape Cod. We road my horse to swim in the ocean and through the woods. All places now covered with housing developments and golf courses. She and her husband Doug help me build fort coup and tear down a shed. She was there for me through my many failed love affairs and stood by me at both my weddings as a brides made. Nikkie your laughter and smile is greatly missed.
