Presentation matters. Taking care to package each board just as careful as the design.
When creating any board I do not have a set formula. Hence why no two boards look the same for me. I enjoy the process of creating something beautiful and unique.
It would make my life easier if I had a set design and menu but who wants to be easy. Lol.

Fathers Day is right around the corner. Let us creat a board for the Dads to snack on.

Top 5 Things that drive me crazy as a Charcuterie owner.

1. Advertising with stock photos! That is a hard no from me. I want my work and artistry to be reflected. Not an AI rendering.

2. Placing crackers on the board. Crackers go stale sitting in the fridge. Always on the side unless a grazing table or serving immediately.

3. Nothing gives me the ick faster than placing "wet" items near breads or crackers. If it is not in a container then I won't place it near crackers.

4. Spending time to send an estimate after much discussion with a client. Then poof....ghost.
If you change your mind please be courteous and send a message.

5. No kraft cheese! You will never find "regular" grocery store cheese on my boards.

Charcuterie and grazing is an experience. It is all about high quality ingredients artfully displayed. It is not inexpensive to use quality but you can taste the difference.

What a weekend! We traveled to Raleigh NC to witness the glorious union of our niece Sofie Barnes and Seth Weddine. When you own a charcuterie company of course you are providing cocktail hour at the brides request!

We hauled "big betty" all the way up there. And she did not disappoint. Providing their guests with a selection of cheeses, meats, fresh fruits and other delights all chosen by the bride herself.
