Slow is smooth.

Smooth becomes fast.

In horse training, rushing the process doesn’t create a better horse. It creates holes that eventually have to be fixed.

Taking the time to slow things down allows a horse to truly understand what we’re asking, build confidence, find balance, and learn to respond without tension.

We’re not trying to keep them slow. We’re building the foundation that allows them to eventually be fast without losing their mind, their body, or their confidence.

The goal isn’t to see how quickly we can get somewhere.

The goal is to build a horse that is correct, confident, willing, and prepared to handle whatever comes next.

Rushing the process never builds great horses.
Taking the time to build it right does.

Most people see the finished ride.

They don’t see feeding before sunrise, dragging the arena, cleaning stalls, late-night checks, wrapping legs, or all the little details that go into caring for every horse.

Great horses are built long before anyone watches them perform.

Boon is as consistent as they come! He has only been in reining training for 2 yrs and has been to 4 shows and already has money and a buckle in the aged events. He continues to improve every ride! Boon is most suited for a Green Reiner or Rookie as he is super consistent, easy and enjoys the easier going riders. He has been shown in the open and won but I believe he would be better suited to win more in the lower level classes. He is super comfortable in all his gaits, level headed for a stallion and knows when it's time to work. He would make a great horse for the ranch events as well!

Boon is truly an all around horse, he can be roped off of, trail rode, obstacles, anything you can think of he will do!

Boon does have a handful of contracts every year to help supplement his training and show fees.
