Drinking Horn Meadery was born in the pines of Flagstaff, Arizona in 2014. The mead is inspired by a desire to live, and drink more simply. Created in small batches using all natural and locally sourced ingredients, Drinking Horn Meadery strives to get back to the roots of one of human kind’s earliest libations.

🌏 Mead has ties to many cultures and is the world’s beverage with history from China to Scandinavia to Africa and South America. But, when we saw this Team Photo of the Norwegian National team, the Løvene (“Lions”), we just couldn’t help but share it!
Norway plays their first match today and we are excited to watch and cheer!
💁 Fun Fact: Norway is the only team to have never been beaten by Brazil! {2 wins, 2 ties}

Before all of this, Evan (co-owner with his wife Kelly), was a wee little lad running around the yard in New Mexico, chasing the ladies of the hive.
His father was raising bees at their home and little did he know that many years down the road of life, those little entomological wonders would be the cornerstone of his career and passion as well as our delicious bevvy’s!
These photos were recently taken by his father Andrew can’t help but use them to bring part of the Drinking Horn story to life 🐝🍯🍷
