Ingredients:

β–ͺ️ 1 cup butter, softened
β–ͺ️ 1 cup packed brown sugar
β–ͺ️ 1/2 cup white sugar
β–ͺ️ 2 eggs
β–ͺ️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β–ͺ️ 2 cups all-purpose flour
β–ͺ️ 1 teaspoon baking soda
β–ͺ️ 1 teaspoon salt
β–ͺ️ 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
β–ͺ️ 3 cups quick-cooking oats
β–ͺ️ 1 cup chopped nuts
β–ͺ️ 1 cup assorted dried fruit

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. In a medium bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs individually, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the sugar mixture. Mix in the oats, nuts, and dried fruit. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
