I was lucky enough to not only cater this special event, but also host it at Brickview.

A beautiful celebration of life, every detail of the family’s heartfelt decorations shared the life they were celebrating, creating a warm atmosphere that could truly be felt throughout the venue.

It was a privilege to be a small part of such a special day.

✨ Saturday Morning: A 65-person baby shower at City Venue Event Center in Trenton

Brunch menu:
• Assorted quiches
• French toast bake
• Sausage & bacon
• Chicken salad and egg salad croissants
• Yogurt bar with fresh fruit
• Charcuterie spread

✨ Sunday Afternoon: A 45-person Bridgerton-themed bridal shower with one of the most beautiful setups I’ve ever seen! 🌸💐

Appetizers included:

Crostinis assortment ..

* Honey goat cheese, apricot jam & turkey
* Chive & onion cream cheese, smoked salmon & avocado
* Mozzarella, prosciutto, tomato & balsamic
* Ham & provolone

* BLT bites with ranch drizzle
* Bacon-wrapped asparagus
* Bruschetta
* Puff pastry with fig jam & Brie
* Stuffed mini peppers

Entrée:

Another crazy busy weekend!

- 90 person graduation party (pulled pork sliders, grilled chicken, Mac & cheese, meatballs, corn bread, potato salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, 1/2 sheet cake, 3 doz cupcakes & 4 doz cake balls) 👩🏼‍🎓

- 10” 4 layer cherry chip birthday cake 🥳

- hosted music bingo at 🎶

- luncheon for 50 (charcuterie, sandwich platter, mini cheesecakes, cannolis, brownies & cookies) ✝️

- hosted a wedding Brickview & made the couples 4 layer chocolate chip cookie cake 💍

- 12 dozen desserts for a shower (4 doz cupcakes, 4 doz cannolis, 4 doz cheesecakes) 👰🏼

- 23 dozen desserts for a baby shower (8 doz cupcakes, 3 doz cheesecakes, 3 doz cannolis, 3 doz cookies, 3 doz brownies, & 3 doz chocolate covered pretzels) 🤰🏼

WOOOOHOOO. Summer events are in full swing, if you need any catering send me a message! & if you’re in need of a affordable venue, I have openings at and would love to host you! ✨😊
