From the moment we kicked things off on Thursday, convention was off to an incredible start. Friday’s tours at the Texas A&M Beef Center and the Rosenthal Meat Science Center gave us a chance to connect, learn, and spend time together, followed by an exciting auction that brought plenty of energy, generosity, and fun to the day.

Saturday brought us together for a meaningful lunch, along with the opportunity to hear from industry leaders who shared valuable insight on key topics. We then honored the people who make our organization so special, celebrating our Lifetime Member recipients, welcoming new inductees into the Hall of Fame, and presenting a Legacy Award to the Aschermann Family, whose impact will be felt for years to come.

Grateful for the memories made and the people who continue to raise the bar year after year.

Last night truly was one for the books at the first-ever Branded Beef Challenge. The evening kicked off with a behind-the-scenes tour of Kyle Field and wrapped up with a night of great food, dancing, and celebrating excellence.
