🚨 Big News from Z-Man! 🚨

Around this time last year, I made the tough decision to close Z-Man’s Barbecue LLC so I could fully focus on completing medic school. Well… I’m proud to say I did it! Medic school is officially in the books ✅ Now it’s time to prepare for my national paramedic exam and take that next step toward serving our community at a higher level of care 💪🚑

With that chapter nearly complete, I’m excited to announce the launch of my next adventure — Chillin’ with Z-Man! 🍧☕️

This new concession trailer will bring you the best of both worlds:
🌞 Italian Ice in the summer — smooth, fruity, and refreshing
🍁 Gourmet Hot Chocolates & Pumpkin Spice Lattes in the fall and winter — cozy, delicious, and perfect for chilly days

We’re just getting started, so stay tuned for updates as we build out the trailer and get things rolling. I can’t thank you all enough for the continued love and support over the years — whether it’s been through food, EMS, or just cheering me on from the sidelines.

I’m looking forward to serving you again — this time hopefully soon as a paramedic and your go-to guy for sweet seasonal treats 🍧☕️

I’m thinking about jumping back into the concession world in the near future — but I want your input before I commit!

Should I bring Hand-Dipped Ice Cream 🍨 or Italian Ice 🍧 to the area?

💥 Either way, I plan to serve hot drinks and gourmet hot cocoa when the weather cools down — including everyone’s fall favorite: Pumpkin Spice 🎃🔥

Z-Mans Barbecue LLC will be firing up the smoker and serving our mouth-watering barbecue on **Saturday, August 17, 2024**, at the ATHS County Roads of West Virginia 5th Annual Truck Show!

We’ll be set up from **9 AM to 5 PM**, with serving starting at **11 AM**. Stop by for some delicious eats while you enjoy the incredible display of trucks.

Hey everyone! If you're heading to the Braxton County Fair , don't miss the First Responder Dunking Booth! It's your chance to dunk a first responder, and if you'd rather stay dry, donations are always welcome. All proceeds go to the Shop with a First Responder Braxton program, helping local kids shop for Christmas with our community heroes. This nonprofit is supported by the Braxton Community Coalition. Hey everyone,

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all your support! The success of our BBQ business would not have been possible without each and every one of you.

I've decided to pursue a career in emergency medicine and aim to become a Paramedic RN. Competing in the BBQ competition last week truly reminded me of what I love about BBQ: hanging out with friends, cooking good food, and making memories. While the BBQ business has been great, it has turned into a full-time job, which takes away from what I truly love doing.

With that being said, we will continue catering and are excited to become an official KCBS Competition team! All catering commitments will be honored, and nothing will be canceled or changed.

Thank you, community, for all your love and support. It’s a little bittersweet to make this decision, but I’m ready to flip the page and start this next chapter.
