The McAfee Farm

Heading home with another load of hay and pasture and annuals seed from the great folks at Walnut Creek Seeds, Brandt Farm! After the crop field we reclaimed to hay and pasture with one of their mixes and counseling we are very excited for what’s to come with our future projects using their product! Stay tuned for some winter and summer annuals grazing next year as well!

We’re still trying to pick our jaws up off the floor. 🍓❤️

The remaining bottles of Copperline Strawberry Vodka sold out in just 18 minutes! We are beyond grateful for the incredible support from our community. Thank you for showing up, cheering us on, and making this release unforgettable. We promise… we’re already thinking about the next seasonal batch!

Thankful for local relationships we have grown such as Derailed Distillery LLC that we get spent grains for finishing steers from as well as Black Diamond Brewery & Distillery Marietta that both helped make our holiday weekend special. For better or worse, blessed to be raising a family, growing grass and cattle, and living life in this country that separated from tyranny 250 years ago today. Let’s keep that energy going forward! God bless you all!

Featuring a lemonade with Derailed’s Copperline Strawberry vodka that was created using local Stacy Family Farm strawberries! Thanks to Marissa McAfee for the pic from our front porch!

Greetings Facebook family!! 🍀
We hope you all had a grand Resurrection Weekend with friends and family. ✝️ He is Risen! 🙌

After delivering bread with Kneading Clover Homestead Bakery on Mondays we typically try to enjoy an afternoon in town as a family if time allows and finally got to check out Wilky's Market for first time since dropping off the beef from our farm! WOW, what an assortment of wholesome local and Ohio goods - and it’s only getting better! From soups/sandwiches/salads, artisan coffee shop, and of course the local vendors we are so excited to see and be part of this! 👏🍀🥩
