10 new american guinea hog piglets on the farm: 5 registerable breeding stock $150 each, 5 feeder/roasters $50 live/ $75 ready to roast. I also have 6 barrows (neutered feeder pigs) that are 6mo old up for grabs: $100 live or reserve a pigshare. Pm if you are interested.

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours. Snuck up on our pigs today and they were stacked like firewood. A new take on a piggy pile. We had eggs benedict for brunch and lechon for dinner. Good food and did not feel like I over ate. We have 4 more oven roasting pigs to process. 3 of which are still available. In January or February should have a pigshare ready to send to the butcher. The whole or half shares are still available. Send a msg if you are interested in a roasting pig or a pig share.

We got a dehydrator and have been drying various things: pig lungs, pig hearts, pig liver, pig kidneys, pig spleen, chicken feet, quail feet, turkey feet, turkey lungs, turkey gizzards, apples, jalapenos. We have tested the dried organ meats on some of our friends' dogs. Chicken feet and pig liver got the best reviews. The lungs are good for breaking off a piece for training. If you are interested in treats for your dog/s, send us a msg.

Chickens for sale. We are selling 11 Jersey Giant hens (5 are 2 years old and 6 are 1 year old). They are great winter layers. They do not do well with birds under 4mo old. Also have 4 pure bred Buckeye cockerells (2 are 5mo old and 2 are 3mo old). All are slated for my freezer end of October or early November (date is not set yet). Msg me if you are looking for either breed. Price is negociable but will not be cheap. They are worth more in my freezer.

Pizza had a litter of 11 last week. 9 are healthy: 6m and 3f. Dont have any buyers lined up yet for this batch of piglets. We will keep a few from Pizza and Bebop's litter for pig shares. But the rest will be suckling pig (roasting pig). In the last picture, look how big Bebop's litter is at 1mo old. Send me a msg if you are looking for suckling pig or want to lock in a pig share.

7 piggies born, 6 healthy. 7 chickies hatched, 6 healthy. Should have 1 more litter of piglets coming next month. We are done with hatching poultry for 2023. Will continue in 2024. Reach out for quail eggs (fresh, hard boiled, pickled), whole quail, and whole chicken.

Still have some whole chicken available. Send a message if you are interested. Was teaching someone what to look for when candling quail eggs before putting them into the incubator. These stress cracks only show when you candle and push on the shell slightly.
