You asked, we answered:

During tours, we are often asked how we can tell each cow apart since they don’t have custom ear tags. Well, our herd is a manageable size so it’s not a ton of names to remember but when cows have the same coat color, we always use the horns.

All of their horns are different shapes, sizes and lengths. This is just a trick we use cause I have never been a fan of ear tags for our herd. 😉

After losing Dek’s mom in January, we were forced to bottle feed this babe and become his human parents. We originally planned to offer him, but the plans have changed and he will be staying here with us.
