Calling all brewers, our pellets are ready. Our hops have been kiln-dried, milled, and pelletized all in house by our team. We can’t wait to get this NJ grown, Jersey Fresh certified farm product into your hands.

Inquiries for commercial quantities can be made by emailing anthony@skyhighhops and homebrewers can purchase hops and merch at skyhighhops.com/shop, but act fast before they’re gone!

Our 2025 hop harvest comes to a close and we now look to the road ahead. It’s easy to forget where this all started, when all these rows of plants, the building, our team, was just an idea. Here we are 10 years later with one of our largest harvests ever and we could not be more grateful. Now we look forward to the next chapter in 2026. With exciting things coming next year, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible team, friends, and families that have ever helped with a hop harvest. Thank you, you help make this all possible.

You know it's a big leaf when it makes AJ's (Anthony's) head look small! July 1st brings big hops and big garden but few vegetables. In a matter of weeks, however, the volume of produce will be overwhelming. Summer has officially arrived! Anyone in need of some NJ grown vegetables hit us up!
