So Many Flavors Offering small event and private party catering services. Specializing in finger foods and miniature versions of savory meals and sweet treats.

As a business practice we only use milk alternatives, primarily those that do not include soy. (Real milk can be used upon request*)

Onions and garlic are also food items we avoid unless requested by the customer. These foods are difficult to digest for us and many of those we serve.

I have found that I am not the only one out here with these issues. I spent a lot of years suffering until I realized what the problem was and made some adjustments that brought me to you today.
The Goal is to introduce people how to create meals that are gut-friendly and delicious, in spite of the restrictions of life's / doctors' requirements.
