Yesterday I was fortunate enough to pick many of the fresh veggies that I use in my nourish bowls. I love giving my customers the peace of mind of knowing what they are actually getting in my bowls. (not to mention, how picky I am to give you the best.)

Blueberry season is in full swing here in Michigan!!

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is pick fresh fruits and vegetables. So, I’ll be heading to the blueberry farm tomorrow to restock my supply of fresh blueberries, just for you 🥰

For the next two weeks, I will be featuring some amazing blueberry treats and nourish bowls. The images below will give you a good idea of what you can look forward to. 😃

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a fabulous week😃

Please be rest assured that I am not using any type of lettuce in my nourish bowls. I strictly use Organic baby spinach and arugula. I also hand pick all of my fruits and vegetables and wash them thoroughly in Young Living Thieves veggie cleaner. It’s always only the best for my customers. ❤️

With that being said, I’ve got some great high protein Chia pudding flavors this week so be sure to stop by. Of course they pair wonderfully with my nourish bowls. I hope to see you very soon.
