Did a little updating last night…

Added a customer favorite back into my menu …..
The LEMON CHICKEN BOWL w/ Fresh Blueberries.
Of course I had to make my homemade Blueberry Vinaigrette to go with it 😃🥰

Had some extra left over Kiwi fruit, so I thought I would try a new high protein chia pudding flavor. How does Kiwi Strawberry sound to you??

I came across this anti-inflammatory food list the other day.  As I was going through this list, I highlighted everything I use on a regular basis when making my nourish bowls, high protein Chia pudding, soups and homemade dressings.

Now, I know everything I make is super healthy. But, this makes it EVEN BETTER !!! 😃❤️😃❤️

Happy Birthday to me!! …
I received one of the highest compliments from a couple that I have been serving, weekly, for quite some time.

First, they thanked me for offering delicious and healthy food
at Lori’s Clean Cuisine. ❤️

Then they went on to explain that even though they don’t feel old, they’ve gone through some major health battles in the past, (things like cancer and a heart attack) and now they are dealing with 2 new ailments. 😔🙏🏻

They have put their faith in God, and thank him every day for every breath they take and for all of their blessings. They told me that Lori‘s Clean Cuisine is one of those special blessings.♥️

That heartfelt testimony is exactly what I needed to hear to remind me why I do what I do. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I’ve got a lot going on today, especially for you. ❤️

Not only is my stuffed pepper soup available in an 8 ounce cup, a 12 ounce bowl, and a 16 ounce bowl … I also have 32 ounce containers that you can eat now or freeze for a later date. ♥️

My freezer is stocked up with my gourmet frozen bananas and my frozen mangoes on a stick. ❤️

My very popular high protein Chia puddings are waiting for you to enjoy. The #1 flavor of the month is the chocolate covered strawberries! I also have the #2 fruit medley, which consist of three flavors… blueberry banana, strawberry and mango. ♥️
