Adopt!

Today was supposed to be a second chance… but there is always tomorrow:)

We opened our doors on a Monday—something we don’t normally do—because we were closed for the holiday.

We showed up hopeful… ready… believing today might be the day some of our dogs would finally find their homes (hooray for a few kitties!)

But tonight, our dog adoption board is empty…
We are hopeful that the rest of the week we’ll see some of our babies find their homes !!

Our kennels are filling up. FAST.

The shelter is no place for a dog to spend their life.
They deserve couches, backyards, soft beds, and people who love them.

Right now, we need help.
We need adopters.
We need fosters.
We need volunteers.
Because when we reach capacity, we can’t say “yes” to the next dog in need.

Sharing this post could be the reason a dog gets seen.

They are anxiously awaiting meeting you 🙂

$10 Dog Adoption Event
(+$10 license fee for Genesee County Residents)

NOTE: all of the dogs that came from the recent raid will not be part of this adoption event. This event is solely for the animals at the shelter prior to the raid. The new dogs will be disbursed to rescues so that they can work with them and get them in homes.
