In a world full of instant gratification, the things that bring whimsy & romance take time. Part of why ranunculus are so magical to me is because it took 2 years of *failing* to grow them before I saw my first bloom in my third year. The joy I felt was *memorable* to say the least!! I was in awe! I kept going, pushed through the disappointment of the years prior & did everything I could to research & learn more to better my chances. & then it finally happened! This years’ raised bed currently has 70+ buds waiting to unfurl & this was the first mini harvest, in all its glory. These plants are from corms that I saved from last year & I’m so happy with the results. 🌸✨
