Happy Saturday! Thought I’d share this pic of the 4 and 5 leaf clover I found the other day by our coop. 🍀🍀🍀

I do have a couple packs of nonGMO thighs and tenderloins left. Thighs are 6ct packs at $5.25/pound and tenderloins are 12ct packs at $7.50/pound. Also have some frames left that are great for making soups and broth ($4 per frame).

Comparison of the poult vs chicks. They are the same age (approximately 2 weeks old). The turkey poult is already way more leggy and is more lean. Turkeys take 3-4 times as long to become butcher ready than the chickens.

The chicken nuggets are here! Over the next month and a half they’re going to grow up and no longer be “chicken poppers”.

This year plan for wings, drums and thigh just in time for the 4th of July!!!!

We will also have whole birds, tenderloins, gizzards, hearts, livers, paws, and frames!

Follow along to see how we raise these birds from farm to freezer. You can really taste the difference.

Throw back photo of our meat birds last year.

We are currently looking ahead to this year to plan how many we need to raise. While we may part out some birds, we mainly are going to have whole birds- and we sold out last year! Leave a comment or send us a DM with approximate you plan on purchasing and if you have a timeframe you’ll need them.
