We will be trying something new in addition to our regular releases that I am really excited about.

Introducing our Small Batch Series of IPAs!

Our Small Batch Series will focus on the different variables in the brewing process including water chemistery, hop dosing and placement, yeast selection, and the malt bill.
The goal is to explore the different outcomes that occur when changing each one of these variables one at a time to better understand the impact of these changes on the final b**r.

This first of the series will focus on water chemistry. What I did here was adjust the water to try and push the hops to give more aromatics and flavor in the b**r. With this adjustment you will also notice a change in the mouthfeel and finish.
I really like the way this first one came out. Hops are huge on the nose and the flavor really comes out a lot cleaner and bigger.

Hops used in this b**r are a nice lot of 2025 Citra and 2025 Topaz.
On the nose: I get peach and pineapple
Flavor: Citrus, under ripe peach, and pineapple.

Less than 100 cases of these b**r will be made so grab them while you can!

Happy Monday!

We have two IPAs in accounts and hitting accounts this week that I am very excited about.

First up is a Little Willow fan favorite.

Will Power, 7%
Double Dry Hopped New England IPA

Will Power is a double dry hopped New England IPA hopped with Rakau, Citra, and Galaxy. Huge mouthful on this single, paired with big notes of passion fruit, tropical fruit, and peach. Super smooth and packed with flavor.

And a brand new b**r that I absolutely love.

ME Time, 8.2%
Double Dry Hopped Double New England IPA

ME Time is a double dry hopped double New England IPA hopped with Tropical Fusion, Citra, and Tropical Fusion SubZero Hop Kief.
This b**r came out silky and thick without being overly sweet. The tropical fusion hops brings all the New Zealand energy i was hoping for here with strong pineapple and pine paired with a nice citrus backend. On the finish just a touch of bitterness makes this a full flavored b**r that finishes surprisingly clean!

Colder mornings and cooler nights have begun and just in time for our next release.

Cemetery Walk, 9%
Imperial stout brewed with
chocolate and marshmallow.

I am extremely happy with how this year's batch turned out. The body is silky, thick, and not overly sweet. Lush chocolate in the aroma followed by marshmallow and just a touch of smoke on the finish.

Let this one warm up! I suggest serving temp at 50 degrees for the best drinking experience!

This b**r is very limited and will be in stores this week. MA/RI exclusive.

Hey everyone! Last weekend, I traveled out to beautiful Yakima Valley in Washington, to hand-select our hops for next year! I was lucky enough to create a custom blend of Citra hops from multiple farms, and I am absolutely thrilled for all of you to taste it! I’m always looking for the absolute best ingredients possible, and building this amazing new relationship with the growers out west means we’ll be brewing with the best hops available!

Hey everyone!

We have a couple of new b**rs in stores now and continuing to hit accounts this week!

Up first we have a brand new b**r,

Player Two, 7%

Player Two is a double dry hopped New England IPA hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic Incognito, and Citra.
This b**r is very smooth, with a soft mouthful. The flavor and aroma are light pineapple with just a touch of peach, folowed by a soft finish and only a subtle bite.

Up next we brought back a favorite,

Field Day, 8.2%

Field Day is a double dry hopped double New England IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic.
This one is very easy drinking with almost no bite. Flavor and aroma on this come across as orange and tangerine on the nose followed by tropical fruit in the flavor.

We have a very special and unique Little Willow event I am very excited to share with you all!

Last year we did a collaboration with our good friends at Corks & Kegs and decided this year we would make another b**r together, and add some awesome events to go along with it!

Join us in Richmond, Virginia Saturday, September 12th for the release of After Party, 7%, a Double Dry Hopped New England IPA hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Cashmere. Brewed in collaboration with Corks & Kegs.

4 packs will be available for purchase at Corks & Kegs Friday, September 11th. On Saturday the 12th at 5pm there will be a Tap Takeover at Mekong featuring After Party and W***y Goat, and then join us on the rooftop bar at The Quirk Hotel at 8pm for the After Party featuring cans of After Party and PBR.

We will also have FREE limited edition After Party T-shirts for the rooftop event at the Quirk Hotel. First come, first serve!

This b**r will only be available in VA and once its gone its gone!

Hey!

Happy Friday!

Hope everyone had a great week!

We have a special release hitting accounts today and next week, this b**r will only be available in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

After many tweaks and changes, I am beyond happy with the recipe and how this b**r turned out. Introducing our first Oktoberfest!

Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malt and hopped with some fantastic German hops, this Oktoberfest is exactly what I was hoping for.
Great malt presentation up front with a pleasant hop character on the finish. Crisp, full, and clean this one will immediately transport you to the fall season and the cooler nights ahead.

Thank you everyone for the continued support. I wouldn't be able to do any of this without all of you!

Final tasting of the year! Join us Friday, 8/28 from 5-7, for an evening of great b**r, live music, and limited merch for sale.

Up first a brand new one!

Deep Dive, 7.2%

Deep Dive in a double dry hopped New England IPA hopped with Citra Co2 hop extract oil, Citra Lupomax, Citra Incognito, Citra organic pellets, and Citra pellets.

A plethora of Citra character in both the flavor and aroma here complimented nicely by a soft and easy drinking body and finish.

And the return of..

Best Friends, 8%

Best Friends is a double dry hopped double New England IPA hopped with Citra, Rakau, and Citra Cryo.

Apricot and citrus express themselves big in this year's version. Full bodied and soft with just a touch of bitterness that compliments the finish.
