Good morning everyone!!

I will be doing my next smoke for pickup 8-28-21 at 1pm.

I will be offering the following:

Pulled pork $60 for 6 #
Sliced or chopped brisket $120 for 10 #
Smoked Mac and cheese $30 for 9x13 pan

Please get with me by the 25th to get your orders in, as always I only have limited space so please get with me sooner than later so I can get ya on the books.

With my crazy schedule right now I’m not sure when the next one will be, don’t miss out and please feel free to share.

Happy Memorial Day y’all! And thank you to all that have gave the ultimate sacrifice. The next smoke I will be doing is on June 12 pick up between 1-4pm. With the current wing shortage all I can find available is whole wings (drum and flat not split) so if you order wings they will now be $2 a wing. Please get with me by the 9th at the latest to place an order.

Good afternoon all, with the weather starting to break I have been slammed at my full time job and I’m going to dial it down to one weekend smoke a month as well as catering events. It seems like that is my only option with the current setup I have.

That being said my next smoke will be for pick up Saturday May 8th. I need all orders in by May 5th at the latest. Please message me here so I can get you on the books before the smoker fills up.
