This Saturday we are excited to announce our signature, perfected Saguaro Chilaquiles box. Starting with fresh-fried, crispy corn tortilla strips you can build your own breakfast or lunch box to eat now or later! You can also build your own burrito or bowl upon request.
This is a recipe our owner learned living with 13 vegans in Chula Vista, California, and was also further inspired by Chilabox in El Paso to serve them in the classic Chinese take out containers with plenty of topping options. The key is fresh-frying those tortilla strips!! Come see us Saturday to get a glimpse of what we want to be serving out our trailer later this year!
We promise it will be a one of the most delicious, unique things you have ever had!
