Ants in your coffee. I poured a cup of chicory coffee (it's actually tea) this morning. After I got sat down to talk with my mom... I noticed one tiny ant floating in it. I didn't want to get back up yet to remove it so I took a sip avoiding the ant haha. I started talking to my mom and took another sip without thinking. Yes I swallowed the ant. Extra protein I guess. Not much tho. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Come try a smoothie bowl where there's no ants being used!! 😋

Little experiment here at So Smoothie- 2701 Mall Dr Florence Al I was curious how long does it take for a capsule to dissolve in your mouth. If I take a capsule of any type of supplement, I always just swallow it down but I've always been kind of curious to know how long does it take to dissolve and the ingredients released into your system... So I held the capsule in my mouth and noticed the capsule smelled like paint thinner! I wonder if they use paint thinner to make supplement / vitamin capsules!? I wouldn't survive l doubt it! Lol Try it sometime for yourself. It was nasty. 🤢 It took about 1 minute for it to dissolve. Come try smoothie sometime - we don't use capsules of anything! Only fresh fruits and vegetables!
