I'm so freaking excited about this new brewI'm about to do!!! It will be my first mead and hopefully not my last. Just getting things in to do it now. If you have had it let me know in the comments!!

Just an update on the cranapple cider. We are still doing the fermentation thing but I will be adding the cranberries and apples tomorrow. I might have got a taste and it was good!!!

just a little update we are still to this day @2:23 fermenting the Cran-Apple cider. But I will be adding the cranberries and apples here soon, I will be using the juicer to add it. We will see how that goes. Hope to see you soon.

The countdown is over! We are officially in full FERMENTATION KICKOFF mode for the CranApple Cider! 🍎🍾

It's just Day 2, and the yeast is already putting in work. In this episode, we're checking in on the carboy to witness the first bubbles and the start of the krausen—the sign that our cider is truly ALIVE.

In this episode of Brewing with Ty, things went completely wrong. My experimental batch of Green Grape Wine has been officially scrapped. I had to throw the entire thing away 🗑️ and dump the whole batch.

I apologize for my absence for nearly a year. There's been a lot happening here, and I needed some time off. That said, my Grape wine is still sitting here, waiting to be racked; let's hope it's still in good condition since I don’t notice any mold or anything in the bubbler.
