We have gelato sandwiches in coffee and salted Carmel, and chocolate covered gelato in pistachio and dark chocolate.
They are all egg free for those avoiding eggs.

We are mostly done!
We worked very hard on our days "off."
It's a work in progress so it will just keep getting better.
The refillery should be completed by this weekend!
Watch out for the post all about the Refillery.

The left door will be the new entrance, and we will have a sign on the other door letting everyone know.
Unfortunately, this means that there is no longer a back door entrance.
There was only blocks as the front step, so we poured a ramp with a small step and am awaiting the handrail to make the front entrance more accessible.

I should have artisan loaves ready sooner.
