Due to ongoing health issues Gus Grub is officially closed until further notice.

This is not permanent. I will be back in the kitchen at some point. Hopefully, before summer. At least until I have these issues under control.

I hope to be able to offer dinners here and there. Especially, for or around holidays or special events by request. I just cannot continue to offer them weekly at this point. I’m hoping to be able to do a Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner for St. Patrick’s Day. I will announce if it’s official as we get closer.

Sorry, but we won’t be cooking this week. I’m in the hospital. Still running tests trying to figure out what’s going on with me.

Just to give y’all an update….. I was planning on cooking this week, but I need to have my food permit renewed for this year. It expired on December 31st. The health inspector that I work with just lost her father so she’s taking some time off. We plan to meet next week which means we should be back in the kitchen next week.
Thank u for ur patience and understanding. We’ll be grubbing again soon 🤪
