Good morning pickle people!! TGIF

I just had to share these amazing zucchini snacks I accidentally discovered.
Most of you know I make some awesome BREAD AND BUTTER ZUCCHINI. That’s my opinion but I get a pretty good feeling there are several that agree with me. The best feeling is when someone says I loved the b & b zucchini and I don’t even like bread & butter

Ok, I’m getting off track here. Suprise surprise.

Back to the raw, crunchy, zucchini chips. I had some large zucchini from our garden and told Greg they were a little tough so probably going to give to the cows. He suggested slicing them thin for us to fry. I sliced one and popped a piece in my mouth. I was surprised how crisp they were. Got out some Ranch powder and sprinkled some on them .
Delicious snack a the crunch makes me want more!!
I guess we better plant some more seeds for the fall garden.
