Hey everyone, it’s Russell from Roegels Barbecue! As I look back, I’m so thankful for the chances we took to chase our dreams—starting with one location and now proudly serving you at two (Voss & Katy).

It hasn’t always been easy, but every smoky rib and satisfied smile makes it worth it. None of this would be possible without my incredible wife, Misty—she’s my rock, my inspiration, and the heart of our family. I’m head over heels for her, and I can’t wait to celebrate her birthday with the love she deserves!
