Made some delicious stuffed potatoes for dinner tonight and I've got to make these more often!
I coated 3 ginormous potatoes with olive oil and garlic salt, stabbed them with a fork and air fried until they were cooked through. (400 degrees for about an hour, flip halfway through).
Then I sliced off the top of each potato and hollowed them out.
Put the potato filling into a mixing bowl with bacon bits, green onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, half a pound of cooked ground turkey (it was cooked with garlic and Italian seasoning) salt, pepper, ranch seasoning, and fresh dill from my garden. Mix well.
Put the potato shells into the air fryer and filled them with the mixture, then topped them with a ridiculous amount of freshly shredded colby jack cheese.
Air fried them at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
Topped them with more green onions and served with steamed broccoli.

INGREDIENTS
15.5 oz can Garbanzo beans drained
Oil for spraying
CINNAMON SUGAR
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Ranch
1 Tablespoon ranch dressing packet
Chili Lime
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon true lime
BBQ
1 ½ teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Place chickpeas in Air Fryer basket. Set temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and timer to 17 minutes. After 5 minutes, open basket and spray chickpeas with oil and shake basket. Close and continue air frying, shaking about every 5 minutes.
With about 2 minutes left, open air fryer basket and sprinkle half of the seasoning on the chickpeas. Close and continue air frying for the remaining 2 minutes. Once chickpeas are done, remove and place in a bowl. Sprinkle remainder of the seasoning on the chickpeas and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy.

8 ounce cream cheese softened
2 Tablespoons green onion finely chopped

Instructions
In a small bowl add the cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder and salt and beat until creamy.
Lay a wonton wrapper on a non stick surface. With your finger wet the edges of the wonton wrapper. Add about a teaspoon of the cream cheese filling and bring up each corner creating a star and seal tightly.
Spray the basket of an air fryer with olive oil spray. Add the wontons to the basket and lightly spray with olive oil. Cook at 370 degrees for 8 minutes. Check to see if they are golden and cook for an additional 2 minutes if needed.

Yes, you can also make a jacket potato (also known as a baked potato with the skin left on) in an air fryer. Here's how:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the potato clean and dry it with a paper towel.
Pierce the potato several times with a fork to create vent holes.
Rub the potato with a small amount of oil and sprinkle with salt (optional).

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet premade refrigerated pie crust
½ cup strawberry jam
Frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove pie crust from packaging and lay it out flat on a lightly floured surface or on a cutting board. Use a rolling pin, and roll the pie crust into a large rectangular shape on a flat surface, and then using a pizza cutter or knife to cut dough rectangles, about 3x5 inches.
Next spoon about 1 tablespoon of jam into the center of each rectangle, gently spreading, leaving about a ¼ inch border around the edges. Be careful to not overfill or it will leak out in your air fryer.
Fill a small bowl with warm water and lightly dip your finger into water and slide along the bottom edge piece (this helps glue dough pieces together).
Then, fold top piece of pastry to bottom piece. Pinch all edges together and seal them with a fork. Use the fork to poke holes in pastry for ventilation while it cooks (I poked holes in top, middle, and bottom of pop tart for uniformity).
Repeat this process until all pieces are filled with strawberry jam. Any trimmed pieces can be combined, rolled out and cut into more 3x5 rectangles and will make 3-4 more full air fryer pop tarts.
Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper, and then place pastries in a single layer into basket.
Air fry at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, until the edges are crispy golden brown. Allow to cool before glazing or eating pastry.
NOTES
I make this recipe in my Cosori 5.8 quart air fryer. Depending on your air fryer, size and wattage cooking time may need to be adjusted a couple of minutes.1-2 minutes.
Optional: Getting kids involved in the kitchen is always fun. Change up the pop tart shape by using a cookie cutter in shapes of animals, flowers or different holiday designs.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
8 pieces Chicken drumsticks
1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Parsley
¼ teaspoon Onion powder
¼ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ tablespoon Flour Optional
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Air frying chicken drumsticks is easy, and quick. Here's how to make chicken drumsticks in air fryer:
Use a paper towel to pat the drumsticks dry.
In a small bowl, mix the paprika, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, baking powder, parsley, and salt.
Add the seasoning to the drumsticks and mix till they are well coated in the seasoning.
Arrange them in the air fryer basket. Don't overlap them.
Lightly spray with olive oil spray.
Air fry chicken drumsticks at a temperature of 190C for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, flip the chicken legs with a tong and continue to air fry them for another 13 minutes.
Bring out the drumsticks, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
NOTES
Tips
Pat the drumsticks dry with a paper towel before applying seasoning. This reduces moisture and makes the chicken crispy.
You can take off the chicken drumsticks skin if you prefer to reduce the fat content of the chicken.
Reduce or increase the quantity of the black pepper and salt recommended to suit your palate.
Don't overfill or pile the chicken on top of each other in the air fryer basket. Arrange in a single layer don't stack them.
If making more than can fit in the air fryer at a go, you should make them in batches.
To be sure chicken is cooked through, you can use a instant read food thermometer to check for doneness. If it reads at least 165F, then it's done.
If using sauces like bbq sauce, honey soy sauce, etc, add it towards the last 5 minutes of cooking as if added earlier, the outer part will quickly darken or might burn.
I made this in a 5.5l Cosori air fryer and this time works well. It is also the time it cooks in my Pro breeze 5.5 litre air fryer. Cooking time might vary with other air fryer brands and types so you might need to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
