With a passion for craft beer and a desire to explore the infinite possibilities for creating innovative, award-winning brews in a variety of styles, Glenmere Brewing Company evolved. Located in Florida, NY, we are proud to be a locally owned craft brewery operating with over fifteen years of combined brewing experience. The brewery is named after the lake from which we draw our brewing water. Our

mission is to produce an array of world class handcrafted beers for the community we live in. We will be brewing on a 15 barrel system and will produce two to three beers at a time that will change with the seasons. We believe by brewing seasonally we may offer more types of beers to the community and the ever-changing American palate. It has been said time and time again, that it’s the journey, not the destination, so we invite you to experience our vision and taste our innovative interpretations of the elements of the craft.

🍔 Action Jackson’s Burger Cabin special this weekend is once again The New York Knick! If you missed it last weekend, now’s your chance. This chopped cheese sandwich is loaded with seasoned chopped beef, grilled onions, melted American cheese, lettuce, pickles, and Action sauce, all served on a toasted hero roll. It was a huge hit, and it’s back for another round!

🍻 And here’s some exciting news: Lucid Dragon, our West Coast IPA, is almost ready to return to the taps! If not this weekend, then next weekend. We’ve been looking forward to it, and we know you have too.
