With a passion for craft b**r and a desire to explore the infinite possibilities for creating innovative, award-winning brews in a variety of styles, Glenmere Brewing Company evolved. Located in Florida, NY, we are proud to be a locally owned craft brewery operating with over fifteen years of combined brewing experience. The brewery is named after the lake from which we draw our brewing water. Our mission is to produce an array of world class handcrafted b**rs for the community we live in. We will be brewing on a 15 barrel system and will produce two to three b**rs at a time that will change with the seasons. We believe by brewing seasonally we may offer more types of b**rs to the community and the ever-changing American palate. It has been said time and time again, that it’s the journey, not the destination, so we invite you to experience our vision and taste our innovative interpretations of the elements of the craft.
