Located in Florida, NY, we are proud to be a locally owned craft brewery operating with over fifteen years of combined brewing experience. The brewery is named after the lake from which we draw our brewing water. Our

mission is to produce an array of world class handcrafted beers for the community we live in. We will be brewing on a 15 barrel system and will produce two to three beers at a time that will change with the seasons. We believe by brewing seasonally we may offer more types of beers to the community and the ever-changing American palate. It has been said time and time again, that it’s the journey, not the destination, so we invite you to experience our vision and taste our innovative interpretations of the elements of the craft.

🍔 Action Jackson’s Food Truck is back with another weekend special: the El Jefe Burger

This mouthwatering smash burger is topped with cotija cheese, roasted street corn, pickled red onions, pepper jack cheese, chipotle lime aioli, and fresh cilantro. Doesn’t that just sound delicious?

We think it pairs wonderfully with any of our beers on tap, especially Spring Haze, Swallow Your Pils or Dragon Fly😋

Our favorite food truck, Action Jackson Burger Cabin, is back in action with a mouthwatering weekend special: the 🍔Crispy Italiano🍔

This delicious burger features:
