We are making more dry wine for our customers who like less sugar.

The Chardonel grape is a cross between Chardonnay and the Seyval Blanc grape. Yum, Yum! 🍇🍷

The Lomanto grape is one of the few varietals that we can grow at our location. Lomanto has an intense purple color and a heavy fruit flavor. Lomanto is also the earliest grape to ripen here.

We take sugar level readings using a refractometer. It's not ready yet, but it is getting closer. 🙂🍇
