It’s that time again, we are OPEN! Here until 2:30. We have Back Creek Wagyu double cheeseburgers today with our homemade onion bacon jam, provolone cheese, pickles, and burger sauce. Comes with your choice of side.

We also have Brisket, Pork, and Smoked Chicken- by the pound, single meat orders, or sandwiches available. All sandwiches come with a side as well.

Don’t forget Friday we will be featuring Mac n cheese for the first time, get it loaded with your choice of meat and bbq sauce!

Hi everyone! We hope you’re having an awesome weekend. As you know we’ve been doing Monday,
Tuesday, and Friday lunches and it’s been going awesome! As many of you also know, this is still a side gig for all of us for now. Unfortunately between some sick kiddos and some prior agreements for today, we are not going to be open tomorrow. I just don’t have the time to smoke briskets and pork today.

We really apologize for the inconvenience and can’t wait to see everyone Tuesday. Don’t miss out on Fridays special this week, loaded Mac n cheese!

We are open until 2:30! Our Shrimp Dinner you all loved during the summer is on the menu today, special price of $15! We’ve already sold almost half of them so get here when you can if you’re wanting it!

Just like that it’s Monday again. We are OPEN at 11 today in front of Harvest Moon Food Store with our sandwich menu! No BellyBuster today, we’re finishing up the touches on our new house made sausage! We also have brisket, pork, or chicken by weight if you like it that way.

For everyone who didn’t get a chance to check us out on Saturday from April-August, the “Seafood” part of our name has been confusing. With that being said, this Friday we’ll be having our Grilled Shrimp Dinner you all loved, on special for $15!

We had to transition so quick from food trailer to catering for the football team today that we didn’t get the time to say THANK YOU! Your continued support keeps us going. We had a super fast sell out today and we couldn’t be happier.

The smoker got fired up at 6am today and guess what?? We are still cooking! Are we making food for next week!? NO!! We’re making fresh meats for pre-orders. We’ve got two catering pick up orders tomorrow for birthday parties. Did you know we do catering of any size.? Just because we aren’t open DOES NOT mean we can’t cater! If you need it, we’ll make it happen. Just shoot us a message. Now let’s relax by this fire for a few more hours!
