We have been blessed with rain this spring and summer. We always thank God for the rain! Rainfall is beneficial but can also come with challenges. Sadly, due to the overcast, cool wet days that we received we will not be able to harvest two of our wheat crops. The Sonora (soft white) and Rouge de Bordeaux (hard red). We have evaluated these two varieties and will not be able to offer these for food use. We were able to get the TAM 205 (hard red) harvested before the wet spell set in so we will have plenty of that variety to offer. We have a limited amount of hard white and Rouge de Bordeaux left and continue to sell those until we run out. Thank you for your support!
