Nutella Churro Rolls

Ingredients

Dough

2¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup + 2 tsp warm whole milk
2 tsp active dry yeast
¼ cup + 1 tsp sugar, divided
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

Filling

1 cup Nutella

Coating

¾ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

For Baking

6 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Directions

Mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tsp sugar. Let sit for 10–15 minutes until foamy.
Mix flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add eggs and yeast mixture, then knead until smooth. Add butter and knead again.
Cover and let rise for about 1½ hours, until doubled.
Roll out the dough, spread with Nutella, cut into 6 strips, and roll each strip up.
Mix cinnamon and sugar, coat each roll, and place in a lined baking pan.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Pour 1 tbsp heavy cream over each roll and sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 355°F for about 25 minutes. Cool slightly and enjoy.

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup granulated sugar

½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 large egg
½ cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil

½ cup hot coffee or hot water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add egg, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Stir in hot coffee until the batter is smooth.
Fill liners about ⅔ full.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Directions

2 tbsp brown sugar

Filling

24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp instant espresso powder
2 tbsp strong brewed coffee, cooled
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crust ingredients, press into a 9-inch springform pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
Dissolve espresso powder in the cooled coffee.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, flour, salt, and coffee mixture.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
Pour over the crust and bake for 55–65 minutes, until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.

Crust

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup ground unsalted pistachios
1 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp melted butter

Filling

17 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup heavy cream
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp pistachio paste
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt

Topping

7 oz white chocolate
⅓ cup heavy cream
2½ tbsp pistachio paste
¼ cup chopped pistachios

Directions

Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F for 5–8 minutes.
Reduce oven to 280°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Mix in pistachio paste and cornstarch, then gently mix in the eggs.
Pour over the crust and bake for about 1 hour, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Cool, then refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Melt white chocolate with heavy cream and pistachio paste. Stir in chopped pistachios.

Ingredients

Crust

2 cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
⅓ cup melted unsalted butter

Filling

3 vanilla beans
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups full-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup Biscoff spread
⅓ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp sea salt

Topping

¾ cup Biscoff spread, melted

How To Make

Mix Biscoff crumbs with melted butter. Press into an 8-inch springform pan and freeze while making the filling.
Scrape the vanilla beans and gently warm the seeds and pods with ¼ cup heavy cream. Cool slightly and remove the pods.
Mix cream cheese, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and salt until creamy.
Whip the remaining heavy cream to medium peaks.
Fold the vanilla-infused cream and whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture.
Spread over the crust, cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

17 Oreo cookies

Filling

18 oz cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⅓ cups cold heavy cream
1 cup crushed Oreos

Ganache

2.5 oz dark chocolate
2.5 oz heavy cream

How to Make

Crush the Oreos finely and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a cheesecake pan and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Add cold heavy cream and whip until thick with stiff peaks.
Fold in the crushed Oreos, then spread the filling over the chilled crust.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans.
