I need all my friends help today prettyy please . My youngest brother back in South Africa have been struggling with severe lung probems for a year now and its just getting worse everyday. He is struggling to breath 24/7 and he's only 26. He have to go for a CT scan tomorrow and they've quoted him R22.000. He does not have medical insurance. Where should a young man get that kind of money from. I am so sad that Im not there helping him. I was the one raising him after both our parents died and I feel so guilty. I feel like Ive abandoned him. I cant even get over there to be with him as everything is crazy expensive now. The doctors over there is so incompetent. Theyve had him on steroids for a year now which by itself is already so scary. Now he's under a pulmonologists care. I would so appreciate it if you can find it in your heart to donate any amount. Doesnt matter how small. In dollar it would reach the required amount soon. Pretty please ❤️. This is my venmo.

Now this is the ultimate gourmet treat box if I may say so myself 😂. White and dark chocolate covered strawberries, delicious South African peppermint creamy caramel tarts, Raspberry white chocolate treats, the famous chocolate dubai treats my way 🤣, butterfinger chocolate cups with chocolate ganache, and my favorite chocolate cup filled with a layer of caramel, then heaps of biscoff cookie butter, topped with a velvety white chocolate ganache and a drizzle of biscoff. All these treats were made in chocolate cups yum! Now that I think about it, your moms would love this for Mothersday 😉🫣
