Umbrella Creamery Handcrafted Artisanal Ice Cream, Faloodas, Paletas, Kulfi & Milkshakes under one umbrella 🍨
Fresh, real ingredients. Bold global flavors.
📍Folsom, CA

Tired of mass-produced sweets and artificial flavors, we set out to bring the magic back to dessert—with handcrafted, small-batch ice cream inspired by our childhood, global travels, and Grandma’s kitchen. At Umbrella Creamery, every batch is made by hand in limited quantities, using real fruits, herbs, and spices. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just bold, clean flavors like cardamom pistachio, paan, gulab jamun, and lemon-thyme sorbet—each one telling a story of culture, season, or memory. We’re more than just an ice cream shop. We’re a celebration of craft, comfort, and community—where faloodas, paletas, and artisanal scoops all live together under one joyful Umbrella. Opening soon in Folsom, CA. We can’t wait to scoop for you.
