One of my favorite spots on the farm! There’s just something about this place that makes you slow down, take a breath, and appreciate the beauty around you.💚

Hay season 2026 is officially in the books!🌾🚜

A lot of long days, hard work, and plenty of hay put up to get us through the winter. Grateful to have another season wrapped up and the barns stocked! Now onto the next project.💪🏻

Here are a few snapshots from this year’s hay season at Hilltop Acres!

We’re really excited about this guy and what he’s going to bring to our herd!

This yearling has spent the summer doing his job, chasing cows and breeding, and he came out the other side looking great! Weighing in at 1,525 lbs, all while growing and developing on pasture.

We’re excited to watch him continue to mature and can’t wait to see what he brings to the herd and the calves we’ll be welcoming this upcoming calving season!

Another April-born ram lamb has headed to his new home!

This guy is off to a flock of Katahdin ewes, where he’ll bring Texel genetics into the mix, with the goal of improving growth, muscling, and carcass quality in the next generation.

With his departure, we are officially SOLD OUT of rams for the 2026 season!🎉

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who chose Hilltop Acres Farm for their breeding programs this year. We can’t wait to see what these boys produce in their new flocks!
