Wrapped up planting in April this year 🌱

We were able to miss the big rains and get everything in the ground in great conditions. That doesn’t happen every year, so we’re thankful for a smooth, timely run.

Now we could use a good soaking rain and some heat to get things up and going. Until then, here’s a look at the planter putting in the work.

Harvest 2025 — That’s a wrap! 🌾
Another season in the books. Grateful for safe days, good weather (mostly), and a hardworking crew that makes it all happen. Thankful for the land we get to farm and the family and friends who support us through the long hours.

Here’s to a successful harvest and some well-earned rest before it all starts again! 🚜🌅

We tried something new on the farm today — flying on tillage radish seed with a drone.

These special radishes aren’t for eating — they’re grown to help the soil. Their deep roots loosen the ground, soak up extra nutrients, and leave the soil in better shape for next year’s crop. Plus, they help keep the fields covered heading into fall, which protects the soil from erosion.

Using a drone lets us plant quickly and gently, without needing heavy equipment in the field. It’s one more way we’re working to keep our soil healthy and productive for the long run.

Healthy soil = healthy crops 🌽🌱 … and a stronger farm for the future.
