Dolce Firenze

Directions

Dolce Firenze Dolce Firenze is a homemade rustic & authentic Italian baked goods. Sharing delicious creations with everyone who appreciates simple tasty goodness.

My name is Elisabetta Conticini. I was born and raised in Florence, Italy. Growing up in Florence, my father owned a small food market shop for over 40 years, he baked bread, sweets, and pizza. I moved to California at later years; till now, I still smell the earthy aroma of freshly baked pastries my father used to make, and has inspired me to develop a great passion to bake and recreate my home town rustic and authentic Italian pastries and baked goods. I believe that good food is made with fresh ingredients, simple flavors, rich in taste, but mostly with Love. I am very excited and eager to share my creation with everyone who has the passion, the taste, and the appreciation of authentic & rustic Italian bakery.
