Well it's that wonderful time of year when the blueberry u-pick opens back up! We will open for business this friday,7.11.25 with the Glorious Duke's! Bring your boxes to bring these sweet luscious babies home but, please leave the pups home. Well behaved children are welcome while the rascals need to go visit the neighbors. Price is still $3/ # so make sure you pick enough to freeze some for those cold winter morning. It will help you remember the sweet, sweet smells of summer. See you at the farm, stay safe.

U pick opens for Blueberries Saturday morning at 7AM. Our mighty Dukes are ready to go and should be sweet and lovely. Price will still be $3.00/ # to start although this could change as we move through the season. Remeber to bring you own containers, leave our picking buckets, no dogs of course and stay safe and have fun! It's going to be hot so come early for best picking.

"A new birth of freedom". May it always be so in our blessed land.

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not hallow -- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. Willow Wind Farms is hiring for field crew positions at our organic blueberry farm located 23 miles west of Francis and Maple on the south side of the Spokane River.
Field work runs through June; in July we start blueberry harvest for which we give priority on those jobs to our field crew when the time comes.
Our crew works Mon-Fri- except if we get significant rain/ snow.
Bring a lunch, dress appropriately and be willing to work steadily once trained. We will provide tools.
No experience necessary, although previous pruning experience is helpful.
Must be able to take direction and stay on task.
$16/hr

We are also hiring for general farm hand positions- for which good machinery operator skills are necessary.
