Hello!!

We know it has been a while since we posted, but we wanted to let every one of our loyal customers know we will be open for pre-orders of pasta this Monday and Tuesday in Keyport! We know this is short notice and we apologize for that. This year has been very positive for us, but also very challenging and we appreciate all understanding from our customers.

We are offering a limited selection and all orders must be made in advance as we do not have the ability to accommodate walk-in customers. Please call us with any questions. To order, simply click this link and fill out the form online. We will email you to confirm your order.

On this day 42 years ago, our family took over a pasta company that many of you now know and love as Antonio’s Pasta & Ravioli.

Many changes have happened over the years, including our most recent move from Woodbridge to Keyport! Moving a 40 something-year-old business is no small feat, but we did it!

We are still figuring things out over here, hence the silence on social media. We were very hopeful to have a storefront set up and ready to go come the beginning of fall, but at this moment, we sadly do not have an exact idea of when that will happen.

We appreciate everyone who has called, emailed, DMed asking about our storefront. At our core, we are a wholesale business and are focused on that piece before anything else. That’s how we started and how we will continue to operate until we are able to bring to life a store we are proud to welcome you to. For now, our products are available at several retailers and we encourage you to visit them for our products. We miss you all terribly, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss our products!

We want to thank everyone for all of your support, love, patience, and loyalty over the years! We wouldn’t be here without you and hope you’ll still be here when we open our doors once again!

Happy Take Your Daughter To Work Day! Even though we celebrate that every day here at Antonio’s 😂

It’s crazy to think we will soon be moving to a new location and saying goodbye to Woodbridge. I remember coming here as a kid and running around the storefront, inspecting all the different cookies and goodies we had. And when I was a little older, helping pack pasta and stuff shells in the kitchen. We’ve been in Woodbridge for almost my entire life so all of my “take your daughter to work days” have been here. It’s bittersweet to know today will be my last one here.

We do not have a concrete date just yet for the move, BUT we can tell you it is very soon. So if you haven’t yet, make sure you stop in to stock up on your favorites and bid farewell to Woodbridge 💗

Our limited time cheese lasagna is back for Easter!

Each lasagna is made with our delicious ricotta filling, marinara sauce, imported pecorino romano and pasta sheets. Each lasagna is 9x13 inches and will feed approximately 8-10 people. They are $42 a tray and can be paid for at pick up. Pickups will only be this Saturday 3/30 from 9am-1pm.

Please reach out to us directly to order yours. They must be pre-ordered so dont’t wait!

A little peak at what next month will look like for us here in Woodbridge.

We are hoping to be moving to Keyport after Easter, making March our last month in Woodbridge! Additionally, in case you missed our last post, we will be closed for a few days in March because we are going away for my wedding. Wholesale accounts will still be serviced, but the retail store will be closed. We are a small crew here at Antonio’s and when me and my dad are away, the retail is just not do-able.

I will also be away the week of 3/18-22 but retail will re-open on 3/19 so make sure you stop on in before Easter and the move! We won’t be able the accommodate retail orders once we move until the new storefront is ready. This could take some time so we encourage you to stock up if you are as addicted to our pasta as we are (or ask us where you can find our products in store!).

As we look towards the holidays, we wanted to let you know some changes in our hours!

To ensure you have the pasta you need for Christmas, we will be extending our hours the Saturday before (12/23) from 9:00am-4:00pm AND we will be open Sunday, Christmas Eve, from 9:00am-12:00pm. That’s how much we love all of you and want you to have our pasta at your table!

We will be closed Christmas Day as well as the day after Christmas with normal hours resuming Wednesday 12/27. We will also be closed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Normal business hours will resume January 2nd.

Don’t forget to place your lasagna orders and any other holiday orders! While pre-orders are not required, they do help us ensure we have enough fresh pasta for everyone plus it makes picking up a breeze.

Who wants lasagna????

Now accepting pre-orders for our homemade cheese lasagna! They are $42 for a 9x13 tray (feeds approximately 8-10 people). Made with our signature ricotta filling, Imported Pecorino Romano, shredded mozzarella, homemade marinara sauce and semolina pasta sheets. These are the perfect side dish for any of your holiday gatherings (or an easy weeknight dinner in the middle of the holiday chaos). Just pop it in the oven and you have a delicious dish that’s sure to please.

Lasagna must be pre-ordered by 12/20/23 for pick up on either 12/23 or 12/24 (your choice!). Please stop in, call, email, DM, etc to order your lasagna today!

Please note, we will not be making extras so make sure to send in your order if you want one!

🦃 Updated hours for the week of Thanksgiving!�🦃

We will have normal hours today and tomorrow and then will close for the remainder of the week (including Saturday). If you are hoping to have pasta on the Thanksgiving table (or when you are sick of leftovers) make sure you stop in before Thursday!

Tired of turkey? Or in need of a vegetarian option at the table? Maybe you just need a delicious side you don’t want to worry about making? Enter the cheese lasagna.

This year we will once again be making fresh cheese lasagnas available for pre-order. Each lasagna will be made with our homemade ricotta filling and marinara sauce as well as shredded mozzarella and imported grated pecorino romano.

These lasagnas will be half trays (about 9 inches by 13 inches) and are $42 each. Orders must be received by Sunday 11/19 and will be available to pick up Wednesday 11/22. We will not be making any extras so please be sure to get your orders in! You can order by sending us a direct message, sending an email, making a call, or stopping in the shop!

For those who know, we only make lasagna a few times a year so be sure to not miss out on this special offer!

October is now over which means our Ravioli For A Cure fundraiser has officially concluded. We are so appreciative for the support this fundraiser received from all of you. As a result, we were able to donate $2,826.50 to Breast Intentions !!!

We couldn’t have done this without the support of so many of you, including Forked River German Butcher Shop and M&M Perrotti's who voluntarily donated their proceeds as well. We would also like to thank Taliercios for helping to promote Ravioli For a Cure and the mission of Breast Intentions
