It's that time of year! Thank you for an awesome 2024 everyone, things are off to a great start. Now comes the one month of the year we'll use to prepare for the year ahead, and everything we'd like to accomplish during that time. We'll be selling a lot more of our farm poultry this year, along with some beef and veal, all raised right here. Lamb, goat, and rabbit will be available seasonally and upon request. We're also going to be selling a lot more of our bakery items, and are even in talks regarding a possible storefront location uptown for the microbakery branch of the operation. More to come on that.
In addition, lots more will be happening in the "events" department as well with our supper club happening monthly, weekly farm stand operations on the farm, and seasonal gatherings and picture taking events.
This January while we plan, we'll also be cleaning out stalls, refitting buildings, restructuring our livestock layout for the year, securing any needed supplies, etc. And of course none of the hard work does any good at all without a solid promotional campaign. Time to get to work on that too.
It's going to be a great year. We hope it is for you as well! We'll be staying very busy out here as always, and we look forward to serving you again beginning February 1st.
