Panforte has returned. This version is made with plum paste and pecans. It’s dark chocolat-y, slightly spicy, delightful bite to include in your seasonal cheeseboard or charcuterie tray. Available at upcoming Farmers Markets: Hollywood Farmers Market June 27, Adelante Mujeres Farmers Market June 10, 17, 24. I have several classes coming up , with some Nana Cardoon Pantry Basics offered. I’m also at Tuesdays for CSA pick up. I’m not sure Stoneboat has any CSA openings left for this season, but check their website. I’d love to share a taste of this Panforte with you❤️

Homemade Butter for our Adelante Mujeres Agricultura Garden Mushroom Class. Perhaps some morels could be sautéed in this and topped with some Sel Gris de Camargue? Or perhaps a slice of homemade bread could hold a smear of this butter up?
