We have selected our 20 finalists for the Forest Grove Elementary schools which included entries from 7 schools. We selected 3 from Banks Elementary and 3 from Gaston Elementary as well for this years combined event!
This one is going to be a great time.
I’m so happy we received recipes from all of the world/ country/ cultures 🙌

🍳 Calling all young chefs in Banks, Gaston, & Forest Grove! 🍳

Do you have a student in grades 1–5 attending Banks, Gaston, or Forest Grove elementary schools? Your child has an exciting opportunity to participate in a Kids Culinary Competition!

This annual event is hosted by the Nutrition Services Department and gives students a chance to showcase their creativity in the kitchen.

📅 Event Date: March 14

👩‍🍳 Who’s Participating: Students from Banks, Gaston, and Forest Grove

📄 How to Enter: Paper recipe entry forms are available in elementary school cafeterias and can be taken home and submitted

⏰ The deadline is quickly approaching, and we’re hoping to see even more student participation across all three districts!

🏆 Bonus: The winner from each district will advance to national competition, with some really fun prizes up for grabs!
