I am a cake decorator who loves making cupcakes, cookies and cakes. My goal is to make awesome cakes that taste really good.

I love making cakes and cupcakes, but I work full time so I only have a limited time to devote to cake making. I work mainly with buttercream as I feel fondant may look flashy, but it is not nearly as tasty as good old fashioned buttercream. Fondant makes for some great accents though.

Made a cake to celebrate our friend’s 50th anniversary. It’s a copy of the original wedding cake and man, was it hard to find a fountain and cake stand to fit this vintage cake design. My husband miraculously made a perfect cake stand thay could hold up the tiers and a friend of a friend provided the fountain.
