Susan Bakes Cakes I am a cake decorator who loves making cupcakes, cookies and cakes. My goal is to make awesome cakes that taste really good.

I love making cakes and cupcakes, but I work full time so I only have a limited time to devote to cake making. I work mainly with buttercream as I feel fondant may look flashy, but it is not nearly as tasty as good old fashioned buttercream. Fondant makes for some great accents though.
