He’s the one cooking your food every day, from scratch. Mahmoud has been working with Mediterranean food since 2005, when he immigrated to Minnesota from Egypt with his wife, Soha, and their kids.

This restaurant is **21 years in the making**. After decades of experience, he’s finally bringing all of his knowledge, flavors, and passion into a place of his own.

He knows what tastes best, what flavors work together, and what people love.

Since we opened, he’s been here **every single day**, even while observing Ramadan. He’s incredibly grateful for all of your support and hopes you enjoy his food as much as he enjoys making it. 🤍
