To keep things organized and to ensure every order is prepared fresh and correctly, please read the ordering policies below before placing an order:

HOW TO ORDER

• All orders are PREORDER ONLY unless stated otherwise.
• Orders must be placed before the posted deadline.
• Payment is required to confirm your order.

PAYMENT POLICY

Your order is NOT confirmed until payment is received.
No payment = no order held.

ORDER DEADLINES

Preorders close at the posted cutoff time to allow accurate prep and inventory. No late orders.

LIMITED QUANTITIES

All meals are made in limited quantities. Once we sell out, we sell out.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

Pickup details will be posted with each menu drop.
Please arrive within the pickup window. Late pickups may result in your order being canceled/resold.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee (depending on distance) and must be arranged in advance.

REFUND POLICY

All prepaid orders are final.
However, if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment to a future order.

Refunds are not issued for missed pickups or incorrect customer-provided information.

REFUNDS / ORDER CHANGES
All orders are prepaid and final once confirmed.
Refunds are only issued if LekLek’s Lavish Kitchen is unable to fulfill the order.
No substitutions or modifications unless stated on the menu.
