We have beef and pork available coming up in August. One beef and one pig available.

The pig is scheduled August 12th at Back Road Meats in Milaca. It’s $350 for the pig and you pay processing at pick up.

The beef is scheduled August 13th at Quality Meats in Foley. Beef is $3.50/lb and hanging weight is around 800lbs. Available as a whole, half, or quarters. You pay processing at pick up.

We still have some pigs available for upcoming butcher dates. A few are going to Back Road Meats on April 17 and a few to Quality Meats on May 1. Pigs are raised outdoors and fed a corn/soy feed. They are going to hang just over 200lbs. $350 for the pig. You pay processing to butcher.

We have several hogs available for butcher dates at Back Road Meats in Milaca and Quality Meats in Foley Some going April 17th and some May 1st. Hogs are $350 for this group based on their size. You pay processing at pick up. Pigs are outdoor raised on corn/soy feed ration.
