The last few days have been a blur!!

In the middle of getting ready for Maple weekend 2026 , we had a huge sap run in a wind storm coupled with equipment failure. We made it through, and made a lot of awesome flavored syrup from it!

We won't let that slow us down, we will be ready for you this weekend!!!

I think I say this every year. You all amaze me.

From the bottom of my heart I truly appreciate and thank each and every one of you that came out last weekend to share our slice of heaven with us. Your patience and kindness are truly appreciated!

As I walked into the sugar house this morning I realized I was so busy the entire weekend I never took a single picture of the maple weekend magic. For those that don't know, the sugar house looks a little different during the week while we are making more delicious maple syrup.

Before you know it this space will be filled back up with tables and smiling faces
If you missed us this weekend (or didn't get enough and want more) we will be open for our second maple weekend this weekend Saturday and Sunday 8-4
