NEW BEERS: Let’s welcome back Ol’ 42 (left)– she’s hazy, and this hefeweizen is the answer to all. Next, we have Ninja Pizza Pils (right), a “Czech-style” pilsner with Lubelski Hops, which technically makes it a Polish Pilsner. It’s crisp, clean, and ready to drink. Cheers 🍻

We have harvested another 120 pounds of hops so far for the 2026 harvest season. Some have been sold to breweries for a fresh hop brew. The rest is being dried to be palletized with our new pelletizing system.

We are looking for local Missouri hop growers. We are expanding our market and hop processing capacity and are looking for more hop growers in the area. If you are growing, or interested in growing 50 pounds or more hops we can harvest, pelletize, package and sell your hops. Message us if you are interested.
