We have 4 locally crafted beers using fresh, locally grown ingredients. Crafted beers using fresh hops provided by the Missouri Hop Growers Alliance and fresh ingredients provided by Valley Farms. Two Plumbers Brewery & Arcade nailed it with their Crescent Fresh Hop Ale and their famous Show Me Wit. Friendship Brewing Company hits another home run with our long time favorite, Tea Time With Valley Farms and the Gimme MO Hops Pale Ale. DISCLAIMER: We’re not here yet…BUT, fresh cones are something to get excited about! A brewer recently told us that using fresh cones in beer creation is much like using fresh herbs in cooking. The oils that offer the characteristics of each hop are untouched and create a true experience of what the hop is like right off the bine. Make a point of grabbing a pint from a brewery that’s offering one because they are special!!
