Cucumbermania! Welp, 2 five gallon buckets worth of cucs. Unfortunately these are not my choice in size for pickling, and one can only eat so much cucumber salad. Lol Before the leftovers become farm snacks, would anyone like a few?

Neglected the garden for a few days = 2 gallon bucket of farm scraps! Thats okay! I think there's enough tomato to go around! Core & score, and in the freezer most of these will go! Can't wait to can my salsa this fall! Tomorrow morning we will be picking the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes! 🍅🥒😊 What do you plan on doing with your tomatoes!?

So far I've put up 4 gallon bags of tomatos for salsa in fall, and have thrown quite a bit to the animals that had split too bad or fell to pest. A giant green has been the biggest so far, with a close second by a blushing black Brandywine! This humidity and random downpours are wreaking havoc though!! I hate picking them so early!! How are your tomatoes doing!?

She's WILD!!! I see LOTS of Tomatoes in our near future! 😍 Can't wait to make garden salsa!! Our peppers are really underwhelming, and half are sick.😑 The garden always has a way of getting away from me every year! Andy has even been doing double time helping me keep up with weeds and cutting!! We are still doing better than years past though! 🙌 Putting some fall seeds in the ground within the next few days!! Oh and check out the planters by the house! They are full of the leftover plants from the plant sale!! How are your tomatoes doing!?
