I’m a day late this week, but fresh bread is finally out! 🍞

Yesterday was wrist surgery day, so the stand didn’t get stocked quite on schedule. The good news is there’s fresh bread out this morning and the fridge is stocked with eggs.

Thank you all for your patience and support while I take it a little easy this weekend. ❤️

Rainy days are for shop projects. 🌧️🔨

A big milestone today, the wiring is officially done in the farm shop!

There’s still plenty left to do, but little by little it’s starting to look less like a building and more like the dream we’ve been working toward.

And of course, every good project needs a supervisor. 👶❤️

Thankful for the progress, even when it comes one rainy day at a time.

Fresh bread is out, eggs are in the fridge, and the stand is stocked for the weekend.

We’ve got:
🍞 Fresh homemade bread
🥚 Farm fresh eggs
🕯️ Discounted candles ($5 each)
🧼 Goat milk soap

The discounted candles are what’s left of our previous inventory, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

I’ll be honest, there won’t be a special baked good this weekend. Between farm projects, family, and life in general, I just didn’t have it in me this week. Sometimes you do what you can, and this week that was fresh bread, fresh eggs, and keeping things moving forward.

In the midst of juggling all the things and getting the first two fields of first cut done, the feral children still found time to play.

We still have a long way to go, but sometimes the most important thing on the to-do list is to stop and be present.

The hay will still be there.
The chores will still be there.

Childhood won’t.
